Nele, how did the recommendation come about?
Lisa and I have known each other for over 10 years. When I heard about a suitable position, I immediately thought of her. Lisa is open-minded, enthusiastic, and a team player with a great sense of humour – I knew she would fit perfectly into our team! I also knew that she appreciated our flexibility, such as the option to work remotely.
