On 14th April 2021, the time had come: real.de became Kaufland.de! We are delighted to finally announce the name of our new employer brand: Kaufland e-commerce. But what does the new brand actually stand for? We’ll tell you in this article!

We are Kaufland e-commerce: What makes us special

What makes Kaufland e-commerce so special? To find an answer to this question, various interviews and surveys were conducted with applicants, employees, recruiters and management. In workshops with HR colleagues as well as the management of real.digital and the Schwarz Group, the results were discussed and the “Employer Value Proposition” was defined.

The result is 4 core elements that make Kaufland e-commerce an exciting employer:

  • Kaufland e-commerce stands for a business model of the future. At our company, many years of experience in retail meet a start-up feeling and substantial know-how in e-commerce. Our goal is to successfully drive innovations as a team and thus actively shape the e-commerce of tomorrow – our high ambitions continue to motivate us every day.
  • Kaufland e-commerce is a particularly flexible, dynamic and high-performaning company. We benefit from flat hierarchies and the power and infrastructure of a large group of companies. We are Kaufland e-commerce: Our new employer brand

For our new employer brand Kaufland e-commerce, some teamwork was necessary. Not only was the careers page redesigned, but the conversion of the social media channels and company profiles were also prepared. The redesign  of the logo and corporate design was an essential part of this.

Both on Kaufland-ecommerce.com and on social media, users and applicants can look forward to a completely new corporate design, a new visual language and lots of exciting insights and content.
