Our application process is completely digital! If your application documents have convinced us, depending on the position, you will either be invited to a short telephone interview or to a video interview via Talentcube, to answer 3-4 short questions. This helps us to complete our first impression of you and to make an even better decision.
If you have successfully completed this step, we will invite you to a digital interview. In this video call, you will have the opportunity to ask all the questions that are on your mind. This also helps you to get to know us a bit better and find out if we’re a good fit. We’ll get in touch with feedback soon after your interview. In some of our teams, the interview phase is followed by a trial day on the job.
