Our application tips

We strive to review all incoming documents as quickly as possible. Because we receive a large number of applications, this process may take some time – we thank you for your patience! If you haven’t received an answer after two weeks have passed, please don’t hesitate to write us again at jobs@kaufland-ecom.com.

You have applied to several vacancies? We review each application individually, so you may receive feedback from different HR colleagues on your various applications.

Our application process is completely digital! If your application documents have convinced us, depending on the position, you will either be invited to a short telephone interview or to a video interview via Cammio, to answer 3-4 short questions. This helps us to complete our first impression of you and to make an even better decision.

If you have successfully completed this step, we will invite you to a digital interview. In this video call, you will have the opportunity to ask all the questions that are on your mind. This also helps you to get to know us a bit better and find out if we’re a good fit. We’ll get in touch with feedback soon after your interview. In some of our teams, the interview phase is followed by a trial day on the job.

First off, make sure you’re clear about what you can offer our team personally and what you would like to tell us about yourself. Familiarise yourself with real.digital. Read the job advertisements carefully. And last but not least: Be yourself – it’s you we want to get to know! The rest will take care of itself.

Do you have references, degrees, certificates and/or a portfolio that speak for your knowledge and skills? Perfect! This gives us a better picture of you right from the start!

Please include your salary expectations (gross annual salary) in our application form. Feel free to give a rough range.
