Trainee

Some of our departments offer graduates in relevant fields a one-year trainee programme that will help you get to know the business from the bottom up. No matter whether it’s in Marketing, Marketplace Management, Vendor Management or the Product Data team: During these 12 months you’ll spend time in every team in your department, receive training in a diverse variety of tasks and get the opportunity to take on projects of your own. The structure of the trainee programme is always individualised, which means that you are free to choose your stations and intensity after consulting with your guides. You’ll always have a mate to support your personal and professional development as a trainee and to evaluate your successes together with you in regular feedback sessions.

Ideally you will already have some experience through internships or work study that will make it easier for you to dive into a range of areas. Our trainees are given responsibility early on and are hired into our team after successful completion of the programme. Junior positions

Already got some job experience in your field and looking for exciting new projects? Then apply for our junior positions and become part of our fantastic team! In contrast to our trainees, who receive training in a range of departments, our junior staff start directly in a specific area and take on responsibility and important projects very quickly once they’ve completed a short onboarding phase. You can contribute and optimise the expert knowledge and experience you’ve acquired at university or other jobs to really make an impact! By the way: Our Tech Team also hires junior staff without extensive job experience!
