Apprenticeship
We offer a range of training programmes that provide the ideal combination of theory and practice. In the standard three-year apprenticeship programme, our apprentices complete a dual system: You’ll spend three days a week doing hands-on work in our offices, and twice a week you’ll attend trade school acquiring the theoretical background. Your exact training programme will depend on the career track you choose. If you choose an apprenticeship as a business specialist, our finance team will cover the theoretical component of your training. Of course, you also have the option of broadening your horizons by trying other departments out as well. As an IT specialist in application development, you’ll mostly be working in our tech department, where you’ll receive exceptional guidance as you get to know our technical processes down to the last detail.
Our e-commerce apprenticeships are somewhat different from the career track for business specialists. As you start your career in this programme, you’ll become acquainted with all sides of multiple departments. To get a deep insight in our daily work and to have the opportunity to manage their own projects, our e-commerce apprentices will be given practical assignments that generally last from three to six months each. No matter what training track you choose, you’ll always be treated as an equal.
Trainees who demonstrate outstanding achievements may be able to shorten the three-year training period.

Dual Study
Are you interested in university studies when you finish school, but don’t want to miss out on valuable practical experience? Then a work-study programme is just the right thing for you. In cooperation with DHBW Heilbronn, you can study Business Administration with a focus on Digital Commerce Management and receive the ideal introduction to the world of digital work. This work-study programme lasts a total of three years, during which time you’ll switch between theory and practice every three months. During your practical phases, you’ll spend time with a range of departments to help you become better acquainted with all areas of a digital working environment. A work-study programme not only guarantees that you’ll be getting optimal future prospects and a deep learning experience, but also fantastic colleagues and interesting projects you’ll be managing independently in no time!

Our Marketplace Management team not only takes care of onboarding for new sellers, but also serves as a central contact and support for existing sellers. This includes regular trade show attendance to foster exchange with our partners.
