The CS (Customer Service) Development team plays a decisive role in the strategic further development of our customer service. They focus on identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement that optimise customer service and increase customer satisfaction. The team works closely with the Tech & Product department to develop innovative solutions and continuously improve our customer service.

The team is currently comprised of one team lead and two CS project managers.

What day-to-day business looks like for the team

 

The team’s day-to-day workload is mainly comprised of planning, managing, and implementing projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing our customer service. This usually means numerous meetings and consultations with various stakeholders, allowing the team to pool information, evaluate progress, and ensure that everyone involved is on the same page.

The scope of work in the CS Development team is incredibly wide-ranging, making every day fun! I really appreciate that I’ve got a front row seat to new developments and innovative projects. Not only do I learn a lot about the latest trends in customer service, but I’m also always at the forefront when it comes to improving our services and offering customers the best possible support.

How the team keeps in touch

 

The regular exchange of ideas and information is of central importance for the success of the team. There are daily stand-ups in which every team member has the opportunity to share their current progress, challenges and priorities. These short meetings promote transparency and help the team react quickly to changes. Additionally, the team also has weekly, more in-depth meetings to discuss strategic issues, plan projects and ensure that everyone is on the same page. Once a month, there is a so-called retrospective in which the team gets together to reflect on what went well and what can be improved. It is exactly this type of structured feedback culture that enables the continuous growth and development of the team.
