Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail

• You drive business growth and operate at a strategic level while having a firm understanding of organizational priorities, principles and important underlying factors
• You have an overview of the entire product portfolio and stay informed about ongoing and upcoming initiatives
• You continuously conduct secondary market and product research
• You triangulate and synthesize complex insights from primary and secondary sources (consumer, UX, market, business analysis, product analysis) to formulate strategic recommendations
• You engage closely with relevant stakeholders (peers, business partners, c-level executives, external parties), consider their viewpoints to align on business needs to find the sweet spot between business value and meeting customer needs

Your profile – this is what we expect from you

• You have experience and a proven track record in project management or process management. Ideally, you have worked in a consulting or business development environment with an ecommerce/digital context
• You are data savvy and outcome-focused - you know how to ask the right questions and answer them based on data
• You not only have research or research application experience, but you are also creative in solving problems in very ambiguous environments
• You leverage a high degree of emotional intelligence and a solid grasp of the overall business context and environment (internal and external)
• You always think customer first, understand the pain points of the end-users, and derive actionable insights from it
• You are a motivated and empathetic communicator who is experienced in collaborating with software development teams and interacting with different stakeholders
• You are willing to embrace our company culture and values and enjoy working in an international, English-speaking team
