In Marketplace Management we work behind the scenes to make sure that new offers keep turning up on our online marketplaces. Each team focuses on one area. In the Account team, we work closely with our current sellers, helping them optimise their offers on our online marketplaces.

Your tasks - this is what awaits you in detail

  • The whole Chinese merchant onboarding process lies in your responsibility
  • You provide all-round support to Chinese merchants in operational and technical challenges, including our fulfillment services (FBK)
  • You monitor the sellers’ service performance based on the predefined service KPIs and proactively support sellers on improvement
  • You convert merchants’ ideas into great new features
  • You develop new processes and continuously optimize the existing ones
  • You work closely with other departments like Product Management, Customer Service, and Tech-Development
  • You work together with international colleagues to learn and to accelerate your success

Your profile - this is what we expect from you

  • You have a university degree in business related fields.
  •  You have outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills in Chinese, English and German (C1 Level preferred)
  • You have experience in Account Management, Customer Support or Inside Sales (B2C or B2B)
  • You are familiar with Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook
  •  You have a proactive attitude and a hands-on mentality
  • You love inspiring other people
