As part of Online-Marketings, the Team Retail Media has a wide range of responsibilities. From our Sponsored Product Ads to the implementation of new advertising spaces, both on- and offsite, the team does a lot to further increase the success of our online marketplace Kaufland.de.

Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail

  • You will support our Chinese sellers and suppliers, addressing their questions and problems about our retail media solutions, especially related to Sponsored Product Ads
  • This involves keeping in touch with partners and answering support requests both via e-mail and video call
  • Your responsibilities will also include planning, preparing and presenting regular webinars for our partners
  • You’ll also be in charge of maintaining and optimising informational materials about our retail media solutions
  • This means you’ll be working in close contact with the Retail Media and Key Account Management teams to ensure our sellers and suppliers receive the best service experience possible
  • You’ll take on responsibilities quickly and have a lot of creative freedom

Your profile – this is what we expect from you

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or an economics degree programme, e.g. business administration, international management, marketing, etc. 
  • You have a fundamental understanding of online marketing and/or previous experience in B2B customer service
  • You speak Chinese fluently (level C1-C2) and can both write and speak English (B2 or higher)
  • You’re interested in e-commerce and enjoy learning about new trends in the field
  • Your top priorities are to focus on service and our partners’ satisfaction; you have great instincts and enjoy dealing with B2B customers
  • You possess a talent for communication and are known for your proactive attitude, ability to work independently and strong team orientation
