Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail       

• You will be responsible for internal legal consulting for our warehouse and e-commerce business in the Czech Republic and Slovakia if applicable, in a variety of legal areas
• You will play a coordinating and mediating role between the legal area, the individual departments, external attorneys and public authorities
• You will provide legal support to pioneering internal projects
• You will create and review contracts of all kinds
• You will be responsible for risk prevention
• You will implement legal changes and court judgments internally
• Your duties will also include designing and reviewing legal texts

Your profile – this is what we expect from you       

• You have successfully completed a legal degree program in Czech law (such as Law / Business Law)
• Ideally, you are also familiar with Slovakian law and have a background in e-commerce
• You have excellent negotiating skills, quick perceptive abilities, and show personal initiative
• You have strong communication skills, including when communicating with laypersons
• You work in a pragmatic, flexible, and precise manner
• You have business fluency in Czech and English - fluency in Slovakian and/or German welcome, but not required
• You are interested in working at least 20 hours per week for a part-time position
