Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail

• You will be part of a team of Analysts who have a focus on sales-related data and different processes (pricing, procurement, fulfillment)

• You work closely with our product teams and support them in their daily work with analyses and insights to develop, improve and innovate digital products

• You will have in-depth knowledge of the digital products in e-commerce including related customer needs, market developments, trends and business implications

• You invest time to understand our business, derive ideas for optimization and business development, and help make product initiatives measurable

• You are able to challenge product decisions based on your impact assessment and provide relevant data and recommendations

• You consolidate departmental requirements, design and standardization of relevant metrics and modelling of subject-specific tables/views in Google BigQuery

• You will showcase and promote best practices related to analysis and visualizations

Your profile – this is what we expect from you

• You have professional experience in data analysis and data modeling

• You are familiar with digital Product Management through a previous role, e.g. as Business Analyst or Product Manager

• You have solid knowledge of SQL and visualization software (ideally Tableau)

• You are data savvy and outcome-focused - you know how to ask the right questions and answer them based on data

• You always think "customer first", understand the pain points of the end-users, and derive actionable insights from it

• You are a motivated and empathetic communicator who is experienced in collaborating with software development teams and interacting with different stakeholders

• You are willing to embrace our company culture and values and enjoy working in an international, English-speaking team
