As marketing managers, we always focus on our target group and current market developments. Whether through channels such as social media and display or in the creation of newsletter campaigns - we use a variety of methods to strengthen our brand.

Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail 

• Alongside the product manager, you own the business case, business development, and marketing of our on-site advertisement technologies, such as sponsored product ads and retail media activities
• You are responsible for managing the operational side of the on-site retail media product components. This includes customer relations, contracting, accounting, and sales  
• You design and execute go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches as well as growth for our existing solutions
• In collaboration with our analysts and the product manager, you gain a deep understanding of the market, our competition, and customers to find new opportunities and steer the strategic development of features and new product components  
• You develop great relationships with stakeholders in other departments and the group to ensure that our activities fit the broader company and group strategy 

Your profile – this is what we expect from you 

• You have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, (International) Management, Information Technology, or similar
• You have at least three years of experience in a similar/related position  
• You have experience in e-commerce or a similar domain. Having worked with retail media is a plus  
• You enjoy both working autonomously and in a team setup while continuously pushing for outcome
• You are a great communicator and stakeholder manager. When making your point, you know how to make use of data and KPIs
• You’d love to work in an international English-speaking team
