Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail
You support product the discovery process & pre-implementation phase by assessing and estimating potential products and identifying solutions that bring real value to our customers
You perform user focused market research, analyze trends, and use the gained insights to answer critical product and business questions
You suggest product feature improvements and measuring the impact of product features and experiments
You participate in establishing the product goals, analysis and preparation of product enhancements
You analyze product related data and suggest improvements to drive adoption
You monitor the product performance during the experiment phase and suggest evaluation metrics for implementation
You generate reports, document analysis and insights and present them to relevant stakeholders
You work closely with Business analysis and UX research to ensure alignment and cover potential information gaps
Your profile – this is what we expect from you
You have an educational level that corresponds to completed university studies in computer science, engineering, math, statistics, economics or finance, or you have comparable practical experience
You have professional experience in quantitative analyses on large and complex data sets
You have solid knowledge of SQL and visualization software (e.g. Tableau)
You are familiar with Event Tracking, conceptualizing product events, and product analytics tools (e.g. Pendo, Google Analytics, etc.)
You always think customer first, understand the pain points of the end-users, and derive actionable insights from it
You are an excellent communicator who is skilled in data presentation and interacting with different stakeholders
You are a team player, who’s excited about new challenges and are able to work in a fast-paced environment
You are willing to embrace our company culture and values and enjoy working in an international, English-speaking team
