Product operations makes the lives of our product teams (consisting of Product Intelligence and Discovery managers, Product managers, designers and other stakeholders) easier and helps them to optimize their collaborative work to be more efficient and effective. This covers different focus areas like project management, to give the product area direction and keep it running smoothly, continuous improvement of the discovery process to add value for our customer, our products and the development of our people and culture.  This role empowers an Agile product mindset and coach the teams towards it.

Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail


  • You shadow the teams, identify issues within or between the teams, help implement agile processes, identify bottlenecks and blockers, make them transparent and guide the teams in solving them 
  • You catalyze team building while developing a culture of trust, accountability, and commitment 
  • Help team members to adopt to new or changed processes, promote our culture and principles and live by them  
  • You will help form new teams and guide them in finding their optimal processes 
  • You shape strategies with the management and the team to improve the delivery process & quality 
  • You assist in onboarding and coaching of new team members 
  • You actively engage in sharing best practices with other POMs, and bring new ideas and a fresh view to own teams 

Your profile – this is what we expect from you


  • You have profound working experience in working closely with software development or engineering teams, or in positions similar to Scrum Master, Lean Manager or Agile Coach.
  • You have already introduced agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban in teams
  • You have a quick perception and are interested in understanding and improving the software delivery process – ideally you also worked with Jira or similar tools before 
  • You are proactive and self-driven, always looking at what can be improved, and you don’t wait for tasks but create them 
  • You have deep knowledge and experience regarding common software development processes and tools 
  • You have a positive mindset, and are known as a person of trust 
  • You feel responsible for team & area success – you take pride in helping the teams increase efficiency 
  • You have excellent communication skills, are willing to embrace our company culture and values and enjoy working in an international, English-speaking team
