How the team is structured
Our Office Management team comprises colleagues with different roles within the HR department. Each of our office managers contributes specific skills and experience to optimize office organization. As there are no subteams, they work together as a unit, pooling their resources and ideas and striving together to achieve the best possible results.
The objective of the team
Das Hauptziel unseres Office Managements ist es, das Büro so zu verwalten, dass es für alle Kollegen ein angenehmer Arbeitsplatz ist und Prozesse reibungslos funktionieren.
What day-to-day business looks like
The day-to-day work of office managers is very varied. They check the office space, take care of repairs, order necessary materials, and process the return and dispatch of hardware. Handling mail and parcels is also part of their daily tasks.
In addition, they assist other colleagues with inquiries and provide support wherever they can. They are responsible for the pool vehicles and assist employees with booking rental cars, hotels, and transfers. They also ensure that all safety issues are monitored at the individual locations and that standards are adhered to. This includes, for example, always having enough first-aiders and fire safety officers available at each location.
The variety of tasks means that no two days are the same and that office managers are constantly mastering new challenges.
The tasks are always different, which means that day-to-day work is never dull. We enjoy helping our colleagues and ensure that the office is always a pleasant place to work.
