Product Manager

They are a part of every Tech & Product team: the Product Managers. Their job is to support their teams and ensure that they deliver the best possible results.

Product Managers Have the Following Responsibilities:

  • Defining the vision and strategy for their respective product in consultation with their Head of Product.
  • Deriving the OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) for their team, working closely with the Head of Product and relying on input from their team and relevant stakeholders.
OKRs help Product Managers make decisions based on the latest information regarding the product.
  • Constantly monitoring and benchmarking the respective market, as well as conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of our customers‘ behavior.
  • Maintaining their team’s backlog, which is derived from both the OKRs and the roadmap of the corresponding division.

Since it is often unpredictable which ideas will actually work, Product Managers continuously analyze customer behavior. For instance, they create test prototypes in our UX lab or conduct A/B tests before their team launches new features live.

In their work, Product Managers primarily keep our customers in mind, following our principle of „Think Customer First.“

Our priority is to create customer value. If you have a great product that customers love, everything else will follow. We strive to apply state-of-the-art practices around our product, always aiming to delight our customers and advance our business. We do not settle for „good enough“ and continuously seek to improve our craft.
