Your tasks - this is what awaits you in detail

  • In this role you plan and implement research ranging from foundational (impacting immediate product decisions) to strategic (influencing long-term user experience vision and goals)
  • You work closely with Product managers, Product designers and Engineers and build positive relationships with business partners
  • You are responsible for the definition of a UX research roadmap aligning with organization priorities and for leading UX research projects
  • You identify relevant insights and develop effective communications to help make product decisions and identify product/user experience opportunities
  • You manage workshops and leverage other insights activation techniques to help apply design thinking and assist teams in effective and strategic use of research insights
  • You stay up-to-date on UX industry trends, incorporating new research techniques
  • You train colleagues on UX methodologies

Your profile - this is what we expect from you

  • You have profound experience in qualitative and quantitative user research activities (e.g., user interviews, market analysis, online surveys, A/B testing, rapid prototyping and heuristic analysis)
  • You have an in-depth expertise in UX methods and a comprehensive understanding of customer-centric agile product development
  • You know how to conduct research at the different stages of the product development process (generative setting, solution validation or end-to-end)
  • You have a good understanding of statistical methods and a distinct capability of analytical thinking
  • You possess a proactive mindset, enjoy taking on responsibility and transferring knowledge
  • You feel confident in giving presentations and working with stakeholders to understand complex requirements
  • You speak English and German fluently
