The cooperation with our seller is one of the most important tasks of the Marketplace Management. We play a key role in ensuring that our customers find a wide range of products on Kaufland.de and, as event managers, in making our company and our brand even better known.

Your tasks - this is what awaits you in detail

  • You support our Key Account Management in their daily business operations
  • You are responsible for the telephone and email support of our Czech and Slovak merchants
  • Based on predefined service KPIs, you manage our processes and actively improve the performance of our Czech and Slovak merchants
  • You introduce new processes and improve existing ones.
  • You carry out exciting projects

Your profile - this is what we expect from you

  • You have a university degree focusing on economics or a commercial apprenticeship
  • You ideally possess professional experience in the field of Customer Service, Account Management, or Internal Sales (B2C or B2B)
  • You have distinct communication skills and your analytical & conceptual strength always brings you forward
  • You are characterized by your proactive attitude, a strong team spirit and you have the desire to improve and to evolve processes
  • You have very good English and Czech or Slovak language skills, and ideally have good German language skills
