Day-by-day, our development team of about 250 experts pursues the goal of creating the best-possible customer shopping experience for the Kaufland.de marketplace. Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail
- In close collaboration with Engineering, Design and UX research you will drive developments, optimisations and innovations and build digital products for our growing marketplace
- You focus on creating an experience that inspires our Sellers throughout their journey – by enabling them to sell their products on our marketplace that in turn creates an intuitive buyer experience
- You prioritise, measure value and work on and build the most valuable items, align on business priorities, and help to develop strategies and prioritise and develop an outcome driven product roadmap
- You spend valuable time speaking with our customers and build products that solve real customer problems
- You use data to make decisions, discover new opportunities and formulate ideas and measure impact of releases and shipped product
- You understand the business, including sales, account management, support and understand their objectives and constraints and use their expertise to build a successful product
- You create, develop and manage excellent relationships with a network of stakeholders (from the development team, other product manager, business experts, to support to C-Level executives), assess their requirements, communicate and influence
Your profile – this is what we expect from you
- You have Product Management experience, successfully implementing and launching web applications
- You bring along strong communication skills, working closely with the development team, and business stakeholders, with the ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
- You are data savvy and know what questions to ask and know how to and where to get the right data
- You possess customer-centric thinking and have experience in generating and understanding customer feedback to drive decision-making
- You have worked with agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- You are willing to embrace our company culture and values and enjoy working in an international, english-speaking team
- Ideally you possess domain knowledge and understanding of the e-commerce marketplace and knowledge of competitors, technologies and trends
