The cooperation with our seller is one of the most important tasks of the Marketplace Management. We play a key role in ensuring that our customers find a wide range of products on Kaufland.de and, as event managers, in making our company and our brand even better known.

Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail

  • You are significantly responsible for building the breadth and depth of the marketplace's assortment by actively recruiting Czech sellers
  • You are the first point of contact for Czech retailers and help them to fully exploit their potential on the marketplace
  • You are responsible for the constant monitoring and analysis of the competition in order to identify potential partners
  • You convert ideas of our sellers into new features and work closely together with the interdisciplinary project team
  • You present our marketplace at e-commerce trade fairs on site

Your profile – this is what we expect from you

  • You are an expert in the local e-commerce market and you have a strong business network
  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in B2B sales in the e-commerce sector
  • You can inspire other people and convince them quickly with your communication skills
  • You are characterized by your proactive attitude and strong team spirit 
  • You have a creative mindset and your analytical & conceptual strength always bring you forward
  • You have excellent English and Czech language skills and ideally you also have good German language skills
