Our Fullstack Engineers possess a broad range of skills, making them highly versatile. They have a deep understanding of the entire software development process, from the user interface to server-side logic and database utilization. 

Their flexibility and autonomy help support our Tech & Product department in rapidly developing new functionalities for our product. As part of cross-functional teams, they actively participate in the product discovery phase, generating ideas, proposing innovations through new technologies, and evaluating the technical feasibility of concepts before they are implemented. They use a wide range of technologies to find the best solutions for our products while prioritizing clean code and maintainability. 

What is Fullstack Engineering? 

Fullstack Engineering refers to software development where a developer handles both the frontend and backend of an application. The frontend involves the user interface and direct interaction with users, while the backend manages server-side logic, databases, and API connections. A fullstack developer is skilled in both areas and can build an application from scratch, „from the server to the screen.“ This allows for flexible work and a deep understanding of the entire software architecture.
