Compliance
Compliance nowadays is more complex than ever. On the global playing field, legal challenges are constantly on the rise. That’s why we are continuously adapting our processes and systems to comply with the most up-to-date legal frameworks. In order to further highlight the value of compliance, we have anchored it in our company principles:

“We adhere to applicable law and our internal policies.”

Compliance is a lived part of our company culture. We operate a compliance management system which enables you – as a customer, business partner or employee – to act in line with consistent and mandatory structures.

To ensure that our company principles can be upheld, it’s important to recognise potential misconduct early on. One way to help reach this is by reporting potential compliance violations to us. A compliance violation occurs when our employees or persons acting on behalf of our employees violate applicable law or internal guidelines in the course of their work, whether domestically or abroad. Such violations include, for example, corruption offences, competition and antitrust offences, data protection violations and offences relating to accounting, finance and taxation. In order to detect and prevent compliance violations, we rely on our employees as well as our customers and business partners.

If you notice any signs of a compliance violation, you can report them via various channels.
Regardless of which channel you choose, we assure you that every report will be treated with strict confidentiality – anonymously if requested.

Compliance Officer
If you would like to report any compliance violations or have any questions about compliance, please contact our Compliance Officer.
