The teams
Our Financial Operations department is made up of three teams:
- Payment: They manage payment methods, analyze payment data, and support our international growth.
- Treasury and Bank Management: This team supervises the company’s liquidity, optimises cash flow, and manages our bank relationships.
- Fraud Management: They monitor transactions, develop security measures, and work closely with customers, partners, and authorities to avoid fraudulent activity.
In the Payment team, we spend every day making sure our payment processes are smooth and secure, as well as finding innovative solutions that improve the customer experience and drive international expansion.

The goals you’ll pursue as part of the Financial Operations department
As a member of our Financial Operations team, you’ll be aiming for the following goals:

What day-to-day business looks like for the teams
In your daily work on one of the teams in the Financial Operations area you will supervise transactions, manage payment methods and control cashflow in order to keep our payment processes running efficiently. You will also conduct account reconciliation, manage relationships with banks and enforce regulatory requirements. You’ll be working closely with our other internal teams as well as external partners in order to ensure that our financial processes run smoothly.

The team keeps in touch daily via chat, in-person or video meetings with internal teams as well as external partners and service providers, allowing them to discuss current topics, optimisations and new challenges quickly and efficiently. Those meetings are where your colleagues share information, discuss new developments and work together to find solutions which optimise our financial processes.
