Our frontend engineers are not only responsible for every visible object in our store, but are also involved before coding even begins. This includes collecting data for analysis with the product team, finding useful tracking and testing approaches with our SEO team and working closely with our backend unit to clarify APIs and more. Our frontend engineers are also in close contact with our UX and design team and thus have a good understanding of the visual and interactive aspects of our user interfaces, which should not only be functional but also aesthetically pleasing.
They also develop and manage our micro-frontends, which are written in Vue.js. In addition, they are constantly working on their pattern library to ensure consistency across our platform.
They follow a mobile-first approach and take care of all cross-browser issues. They love to create the best user experience for our customers and keep the code clean and easy to read.
