The management and administration of around 45 million products in over 5,000 categories is a challenging task that our team tackles every day. We make sure that all the products available on Kaufland.de are presented powerfully – managing images, integrating rich content and validating legal requirements are only a few of our responsibilities. We value not only careful work, but also a successful balance between quality and quantity. Over 100,000 products wait to be integrated into our marketplace every week, a task that would be virtually impossible to manage by hand. For this reason, the optimisation of automated processes and technical tools is another pillar of our work.

We also act as an interface between Marketing Management and IT by leveraging approaches like product discovery and customer experience analytics. The focus is not only on responding to customer requests, but also on keeping the seller in view at all times. Our daily work is completed by our personalised seller care services complete with telephone support.
