What Our UX Researchers Do

 

UX Researchers support the product teams in planning, executing, and analyzing user research activities. They assist the teams in all phases of product development: understanding problems, validating solutions, and conducting end-to-end evaluations, which involve the entire process of developing and designing a product from start to finish. Their insights help optimize the overall user journey on our online marketplaces.

UX Researchers aim to understand user behavior and needs to improve the usability and design of our products. They conduct qualitative and quantitative research, such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to gain valuable insights into the user experience. Based on these findings, they work closely with our product designers, product managers, and developers. Their proximity to customers allows them to effectively gather feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience through collaboration with product teams. This ensures that the products and services meet user expectations.

What Defines Our UX Researchers:

 

  • They have extensive experience in applying various research methods, such as interviews, online surveys, usability tests, etc.
  • They can teach product teams how to plan, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research easily and efficiently.
  • They organize onsite and remote usability labs, as well as other research formats, and prepare questionnaires and test scenarios.
  • They share their knowledge of user research throughout the company and coach colleagues on conducting user interviews.
  • They are constantly working to expand and improve their methods.
