The Selling Experience area focuses on empowering and inspiring sellers to grow their business. The teams strive to make the international Kaufland online marketplaces the favorite place for sellers while delighting customers with a seamless shopping experience.

These are the different teams of the area


The Selling Experience area is a combination of several teams working together. Each team faces its very own tasks and goals, however they are all in constant exchange and support each other whenever possible.

The Seller Activation & Account team is responsible for the entire registration and onboarding process of our sellers and takes care of the administration and security of their accounts. The team’s goal is to give every seller the fastest and easiest start on Kaufland Global Marketplace by using state-of-the-art technologies and providing a seamless onboarding experience.

Team Seller Inventory is responsible for how sellers place offers on our online marketplaces. For this purpose, we not only develop simple and efficient ways to keep the sellers‘ inventory up to date, but also support the sellers in making their offers attractive to customers and increasing their sales.

The main goal of the Seller Foundation and Performance team is to make the user experience in the Seller Portal great for our sellers, and to help them improve their performance and grow their business. We are also focused on enabling other teams to work in the Selling Experience Area. SFP team is working on such interesting projects as Analytics and Reports for sellers, API, Knowledge and Communication for sellers, Seller Portal Framework and much more.

As soon as our customers can see the „Fulfillment by Kaufland“ option on a product, our FBK team is behind it. The area FBK consists of a product team with several Engineers, Product Designers and a Product Manager. The team mainly focuses on expanding our services for our sellers as well as a constant increase in order volume. The main goal of the team FBK is the satisfaction of our B2C customers. This is what your teammates want to achieve by ensuring many positive delivery experiences as well as first-class customer service. With this value proposition, the team guarantees that sellers can grow their business smoothly even on an international level.
